The TruPS CDO Investor Registry (the “Registry”) has been established to facilitate
communication among TruPS CDO investors and to help coordinate investor actions
as necessary. The Registry was initiated by Assured Guaranty Corp., Radian Asset
Assurance Inc. and Zions First National Bank, each with an economic interest in
TruPS CDOs either as a direct investor or as a credit protection provider and guarantor.
The Registry is managed by Cortland Capital Market Services LLC (“Cortland”). The
Registry was established with the following objectives: to create an outlet for
investors to discuss the latest issues surrounding TruPS CDOs and their collateral;
to overcome the time delay of certain notices and communications to noteholders
(usually associated with trustee processing and DTC distribution channels); and
to create a forum for the development of a more cohesive investor voice to direct
trustee actions when necessary.
